Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols was the daughter of Alison Nichols and James Nichols. She was born in Augusta Maine. She is of French Canadian, German and Irish descent. Cony High School, Augusta was where she was able to graduate with the highest jump medal. She was a student at Columbia University in New York City and eventually earned a degree with a double major in economics and math. She started modeling and launched an impressive career working with a number of prestigious companies, including Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch and L'Oreal. Rachel moved into acting, snagging a role on the HBO situation comedy Sex and the City (1998) at her very first audition. In the prequel Dumb and Dumberer, When Harry Met Lloyd (2003) She made her film debut playing Jessica Matthews. Her popularity grew with appearances in films such as The Amityville Horror (2004), The Inside (2006), Alias (2002), and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2008), Criminal Minds (2006) (a frequent part as the FBI Agent Ashley Seaver role) and Conan the Barbarian (2011). Columbia University, where she received a double-degree in economics and math, was her principal role in the role of Kiera Cameron (police officer) on the science fiction series Continuum (2012). She was a model for Guess? and Abercrombie & Fitch as well as L'Oreal, Nicole Miller, and L'Oreal. She was the restaurant hostess in Sex and the City, the first part for which she auditioned. She attended and graduated from Cony High School, where she was a competitor in high-jump. Yahoo! Model of the Month. September 2000. was ranked 28th on Maxim magazine's Hot 100 Women of 2003 List. Scott Stuber, a producer was married in Aspen on July 26, 2008. Alison is James Nichols' daughter. A body double was used for her sex scenes in Conan the Barbarian (2011). Her father has English and French-Canadian ancestry. Her maternal grandfather was three-quarters Italian and one-quarter German, and her maternal grandmother also had English and Scottish ancestral roots. Nichols along with her Star Trek (2009) co-star Zoe Saldana both went on to work with Stephen Lang. Saldana and Lang were in Avatar (2008); Nichols and Lang in Conan the Barbarian (2011). She was engaged to Michael Kershaw, a real estate developer, on the night of December 30, 2013. She is naturally blonde.

   Heelan was born in Andover (Massachusetts) to Kimball Heelan, actress and Lowell Public Schools teacher, and Kevin Heelan playwright. Conor is her older brother.
